When the damage is been cleaned out we will use a specially devloped type of epoxy which will fill in any indentations that are there, renewing the surface integrity, at the same time strengthen the wheel.

The next step is to level out any protrusions and to blend the surface to a flawlessly level surface, ensuring that the alloy wheel looks like it originally did.

The only thing that remains is to repaint it in its original colour and then we add two coverings of lacquer are applied to protect the finish and make the alloy wheel look brand new again.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee that all types of damage can be repaired with SMART repair techniques because it may not be just cosmetic, it might be structurally impaired and so the wheel may require replacement, our technicians  are skilled in assessing whether it is suitable for repair or if it must be replaced.
