The next phase is to smooth out any unevenness and to re-work the surface to a flawlessly level surface, making sure that the alloy wheel looks like it originally did.

The only thing that remains is to repaint it in its original colour and then we add two coats of lacquer to protect the surface and make the alloy wheel look brand new again.

Please note we cannot guarantee that all types of damage can be repaired with SMART refurbishment techniques because it may not be just cosmetic, it might be structurally damaged which means the wheel may need to be replaced, our repair technicians  are skilled in assessing whether it is possible to be repaired or if it should be replaced.
