After the the damage is been smoothed out we will then use a special type of epoxy which will fill in the low spots that exist, re-establishing the surface integrity, this will also help strengthen the wheel.

The next step is to even out any high areas and to re-work the surface to a flawlessly flat surface, making sure that the alloy wheel is returned to its original material condition.

The final step is to repaint it in its original colour and to finish off two coverings of lacquer are applied to protect the surface and make the alloy wheel look brand new again.

Please be advised not all types of damage can be repaired with SMART refurbishment techniques because it may not be just cosmetic, it might be structurally impaired and so the wheel may require replacement, our repair technicians  are proficient in evaluating if it is suitable for repair or if it must be replaced.
